Our Approach to Treatment

Through the decades, our approach to treatment has evolved to reflect the most current and best evidence-based practices, while our commitment to providing our residents with the highest quality of care in an atmosphere of the utmost dignity and respect has remained constant.

Today, Bowling Green offers detoxification, rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment for adult men and women, ages 18 and above. We also offer a partial hospitalization program for adult men.

Our Therapeutic Interventions

Treatment at Bowling Green is based upon the belief that chemical dependency is highly treatable and can be arrested through an approach that integrates medical, pharmacological, clinical, behavioral, and 12-Step interventions. Our treatment incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as person-centered and psychoeducational therapeutic approaches.

Bowling Green residents are cared for by a comprehensive team of experienced and compassionate professionals, including psychiatrists, physician assistants, nurses, case managers, bachelor’s and master’s level counselors, and clinical technicians.
